• Video Recording Scheduling and Rush Request Policies

For video production services, Teaching & Learning Technologies has a few policies in place to govern when requests must be made.

Teaching & Learning Technologies requires pre-scheduling for all video recordings because both equipment and personnel must be arranged in advance for the many job orders we manage on a daily and weekly basis.

Recording requests must be submitted no later than Friday at noon for events taking place the following week from Monday to Sunday.

Teaching & Learning Technologies defines a rush request as any video recording request taking place after the recording request submission deadline mentioned above.  We will only accept rush requests for video recording if a camera operator is available.  We charge a 20 dollar express service fee for rush requests we can accommodate.

Teaching & Learning Technologies reserves the right to charge up to the full value of a job order for no-shows and for cancellations taking place less than 48 hours before the start time of a scheduled event.  No-show and cancellation fees cover total work time leading up to the no-show or cancellation.
